Rhythm and coordination is the ability to problem solve on-the-go. It requires presence, concentration, spatial awareness and improvisation in relation to a given task or skill. This class aims to develop this ability using footwork patterns, object manipulation and sequences in order to express the body and mind in new and interesting ways.
