Open Session

Open Sessions are opportunities for students to dive deeper into their practice. It is a time to ask questions, get feedback and work on any projects and tasks learned in class. If you're feeling stuck, hit a plateau, need guidance on programming, have mental blocks, need help with recovery, rehabilitation or simply want community present as you study independently, these self-guided sessions allow you to work alongside a teacher and a community fellow students in a relaxed unstructured setting.
